Stratos Core (“we,” “us” or “our”) provides a business‑intelligence application that helps small businesses monitor sales, staff, inventory and financial metrics. We are committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This Privacy Policy explain show we collect, use, share and protect information about you when you use our website, app or services (collectively, “Services”).

We may collect the following types of information:
Account and contact data – such as your name, email address, telephone number, business name and billing details when you create an account or purchase a subscription.
Usage data – details about how and when you use our Services, including log files, IP addresses, device identifiers, browser type, pages visited and clicks.
Integration data – information imported from the apps you connect to Stratos Core (e.g., sales figures from your POS system, staff schedules, inventory levels from Shopify or QuickBooks ).
Financial data – payment and transaction information processed by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full payment card numbers.
Support data – content of communications with customer support or chat. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can remove it.

We use personal data only when we have a legal basis to do so. Uses include:
Providing and maintaining the Services – to create and manage accounts, process payments, deliver dashboards and send service‑related communications.
Improving and developing features – analysing usage data to troubleshoot, develop new modules and enhance user experience.
Customer support – responding to enquiries and providing technical assistance.
Marketing – sending promotional emails or messages about new features or offers with your consent. You may opt out at any time.
Legal obligations – complying with laws and court orders and enforcing our terms. Our legal bases include your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests, and compliance with legal obligations.

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encryption, access controls and network monitoring. However, no system can be guaranteed 100 % secure.
