Terms of Service

IMPORTANT:These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “user”) and Stratos Core (“we,”“us” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of our website, mobile application and related services. By accessing the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms .
1. Use of the Services
Stratos Core provides subscription‑based business‑intelligence software that connects with your existing apps to display real‑time sales, staff, inventory and financial data. You may use the Services only in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and have the authority to bind your company to these Terms. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for any activities under your account.
3. Subscription and Payment
Certain features require a paid subscription. Pricing is displayed on our website and may be updated from time to time. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. You authorise us (via our payment processor, Stripe) to charge your payment method for recurring fees and applicable taxes. Free trials will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. We may refuse or cancel orders at any time.
4. Free Setup and Trial
We offer free setup and a 6‑month trial for new customers . After the trial, you will be charged according to your chosen plan unless you cancel before the end of the trial period.
5. Intellectual Property
We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable right to access and use the Services for your internal business purposes. All content, software, and materials are owned by or licensed to Stratos Core and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, sell or redistribute any part of the Services without our written permission.
6. User Data and Rights
You retain ownership of the data you upload or import (e.g., sales and staff data).By using the Services, you grant us a limited licence to store, process and display this data to provide the Services. We implement security measures but you are responsible for keeping backups of your data.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
· Violate any laws or third‑party rights.
· Upload malicious code, infringe intellectual property or attempt to interfere with our systems.
· Use the Services to harass, threaten or harm others.
· Resell or sublicense the Services without our permission.
8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Fees already paid are non‑refundable. We may suspend or terminate your account for non‑payment or violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease, but relevant provisions (e.g., limitations of liability) will continue.
9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
TheServices are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error‑free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us in the12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms or infringement of any rights of a third party.
11. Changes to the Services and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Services or these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes (e.g., via email or by posting on our website). Continuing to use the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
TheseTerms are governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to its conflict‑of‑laws rules. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved by the competent courts of Lisbon, unless a different mandatory venue is required by law.
13. Miscellaneous
TheseTerms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding theServices. If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of the Terms will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent.
